Ask SEEL Tri-Cities to delete or correct your personal information, or stop optional mailing-list emails. Select the request category below.

Use the email associated with your earlier submission where possible and describe which record or list you mean. Do not repeat spiritual answers, send identity documents, or include a password. Authorized staff will verify the request before making changes and explain any information that must be retained.

This form sends a request for manual review. It does not automatically delete records. Read the Privacy policy.
